Is registration free?

Yes. You can create an account for free; premium modules unlock on the dashboard according to your plan.

What does “locked module” mean?

You can browse the UI, but certain actions or data stay disabled because they belong to a higher tier. Compare PLUS, PRO and ULTIMATE on the Packages page, pay through Stripe, and the webhook unlocks access right after a successful charge.

How do billing and cancellation work?

Payments run through Stripe. After a successful charge, the webhook syncs your subscription. If you cancel, access stays until the end of the paid period.

Can I connect MetaTrader?

Yes. Closed positions can be logged automatically via the EA; settings are available from the dashboard.

How do PLUS, PRO and ULTIMATE differ?

PLUS covers journal and prop control. PRO adds emotional and visual modules. ULTIMATE adds AI guidance on top. See the comparison table on the Packages page.

Where is my data stored?

Your trading data is stored on our servers and tied to your account. See the privacy notice for details.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Both are charged through Stripe. Yearly pricing follows the annual amount configured in Stripe (often 11 paid months plus one bonus month). You pick the term on the Packages page before checkout.

Can I export my trades?

The calendar module includes CSV or Excel export depending on your plan and permissions—handy for backups or offline analysis.
